Prices are quoted ex gallery and are Value Added Tax inclusive.

We offer a professional crating facility, and have had a long relationship with an accredited shipping company. We can quote for shipping insurance cover.

We take every precaution to ensure safe packaging of items; however once they have left our warehouse we will not be held responsible for any damages incurred thereafter.

If you are looking for specific pieces please contact us directly and we will gladly send you photographs of requested items to you, depending on availability, as only a small selection of our merchandise is shown on this site.

The majority of historical pieces viewed on our site, or found in our galleries, have Certificates of Thermoluminescence stating the age and authenticity of the pieces, as well as Certificates of Release from the relevant governments.

Any claims must be made within 7 days after receipt of the item. Each claim will be individually assessed, if found to be legitimate an exchange of items may be entered into, however no monies will be refunded.

Items will remain the property of Totem Gallery until full and final settlement of the invoices is received.
